Whiting Eurohackle Cape is designed for dry fly tier. These capes are high quality products and includes feathers which are suitable for small (#20) and big (#6) dry flies. Feathers have stiff barbs and flexible stems. There's also softer feathers for streamer wings in the down corners of the cape.
